How do I check-in?
The Whaler has a front desk that is staffed 24/7, and operates in the same way as a hotel. Your reservation will be on file with the front desk, and they will issue you magnetic key cards upon your arrival.

What time is check-in/out?
Check-in is at 4pm & check-out is at 11am.

Can I request a early check-in or late check-out?
We try to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests. However, they are dependent upon our rental calendar and the schedule of our cleaning staff. You are always welcome to leave your bags with the bell-hop and use the resorts amenities prior to check-in or after check-out.  If you would like to secure a late check-out at the time of booking, we often can secure it for an additional fee.

What amenities are in the condo?
Every condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, with coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and utensils and cook-ware. There is also typically a set of beach chairs and umbrella (unfortunately it does sometimes go missing between stays).

Is there internet?
YES! All of the condos have free high-speed WiFi, and the Whaler has complementary WiFi throughout the common areas (pool/business center/lobby).

Is there a parking or resort fee?
There is a $25/night resort fee and you pay it to the front desk at time of check-in. This fee INCLUDES parking, use of the tennis courts, fitness room, wireless internet, etc...

How do I pay my deposit?
We currently use VRBO’s electronic payment system. When you choose to reserve your stay, we will send you an electronic invoice via VRBO. You can pay using either a credit card or by ECheck.

How much do I pay as the deposit?
We require that 50% of the rental charges are paid at time of booking to reserve your stay. The final 50% plus damage deposit is due 60 days prior to check-in. (90 days for holiday stays).

Is there daily maid service?
There is NO daily maid service included. However, we can make cleaning arrangements for an additional charge.

What is your cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel your stay up to 60 days prior to check-in and receive a 100% refund.

Do you have any suggestions for activities and/or restaurants?
Certainly! We all spend lots of time of Maui, and have many favorite West Maui activities and restaurants.
